The Training Needs Analysis (TNA) is conducted free of charge, this ensures that we have a better understanding of the business environment, the participating staff and also the expected outcomes. After completion of the analysis, courses can then be customised and adjusted to better suit the business’ specific tasks and requirements.

The training is conducted at your premises allowing students to be comfortable and easily apply newly learnt skills into action. PuterCom also offers a 60 day post course support service.
